Like the food, Mama Delia’s cocktails aren’t afraid to utilize exotic ingredients and sometimes wander into savory territory. Practices inspired by the anti-waste movement are incorporated by the bar team and the culinary team to cross-utilize and re-purpose perishables as part of the cocktail program.
